We offer a warm, safe space for anyone who needs it.
A free hot meal and hot drinks are available every week all year round.

Someone to talk to
We treat people as individuals and with dignity.
In practical terms, we have a shower and laundry room available free of charge to rough sleepers and access to sleeping bags and other items that are needed when placed in emergency or temporary accommodation.
But more importantly, we are non-judgemental advocates and accompaniers. Many of our volunteer team have lived experience of homelessness or living hand to mouth and know the courage it takes to seek help.
Here we have built a community that supports, challenges and walks with anyone ready to move from crisis to hope.
Some hope for more
At the heart of our work is helping people out of crisis, however long it takes. We understand that many situations are complex, and won’t be solved quickly. But we never close a case.
Amongst our team we have experienced support workers who work alongside the local authority housing options and rough sleepers’ teams, the Drug and Alcohol Team, Mental Health Services, local GPs, the Probation Service, the local food bank and community supermarket, the local Domestic Abuse services, the YMCA, debt advice services, the DWP and Pension Service (for benefits’ claims), and a wide range of professional and voluntary support, educational or recreational services in Torbay.
If your problem is outside our expertise, then we will identify an expert for you within Torbay.
